Display and edit template of mail .
 
SendFlag: Whether send or not. You can't edit this but you can set off in conversion window.
SenderName Sender name of email. You can use tag in this field.
SenderAddress Sender address of email. You can use tag in this field.
Reply-To Reply address of email You can use tag in this field.
FaxNumber fax number of recipient. You can use tag n this field e.g.)[[FAX]]
To(Address) E-mail address to send. You have to set e-mail field in recipient list. e.g.)[[EMAIL]]
To(Name) Recipient name. e.g.) [[FIRSTNAME]] [[LASTNAME]]
Subject Subject of mail. You can personalize this field using tag..
Attach: Send file with mail. You can personalize this field using tag..
Priority Priority of mail.
CC Carbon copy of mail
BCC Blind carbon copy of mail
Header Custom mail header starts with "X-"

RecipientListWindow
Display recipient list. One record per line. You can read this list from tab delimited text file by choosing menu [File | Open Recipient List]. You can preview mail text at Preview Window by clicking the line in RecipientListWindow.
PreviewMailWindow
Display the mail to be sent to the recipient selected in RecipientListWindow.
E-mail send flag: whether send a mail to this recipient.
Mail type:    plain text, HTML mail or mobile mail.
Sender: sender name and address
Reply-To: reply address of this e-mail
To: address of recipient.
Subject: subject of mail.
Attach:    attach files of this mail
CC: carbon copy field
BCC: blind carbon copy
Header: custom header

Display the fax to be send to the recipient which selected in RecipientListWIndow

ConversionWindow
You can personalize subject and contents ‚‚‚™ specifying condition in this table. You may use special tag "[[@tagName]]" in base mail. Also you can specify the condition whether send mail or not.
